This policy explains what data the Judo Federation of Montenegro processes through the www.judomne.me website, why it processes it, and what rights you have. It follows the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act.

The data controller is Džudo savez Crne Gore (DŽSCG), Narodnih heroja br. 26, 81400 Nikšić, Montenegro. For anything concerning personal data, write to us at judo.me@t-com.me or call +38267374078. There are no user accounts on this website, no registration, no newsletter sign-up and no form of any kind through which you could send us your data. Every page can be read without leaving any personal information behind. Like any website, our server records what your browser sends with each request: IP address, time of access, the page requested, browser type and operating system. We use this only to keep the site available and secure and to fix technical faults. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else. The site sets two cookies, both required for it to work, and both expire after two hours:

a) mne_session — keeps your session while you move around the site;
b) XSRF-TOKEN — a security token that prevents requests forged from other sites.

Neither tracks your behaviour, neither contains personal data, and neither is shared with anyone. We use Google Analytics for visitor statistics, and some pages show advertising through the Google AdSense network. These services set their own cookies and may collect data about your visit, including your IP address, under Google's own privacy terms, which are outside our control. You can limit them in your browser settings or through the ad settings of your Google account. Some news articles contain videos embedded from YouTube. When you open such a page, YouTube may set its own cookies and record that you watched the video, exactly as if you had visited their site. Google's privacy terms apply to that content. The site publishes full name, club, age and weight category, competition results, rankings and photographs from competitions organised or recognised by the Federation. This is published as part of the Federation's ordinary sporting activity and constitutes the public record of results. The data comes from club records and from the competitions themselves, and is kept accurate together with the clubs.

Dates of birth, identification numbers and contact details of competitors are held in our internal records and are not published on the website. Photographs and recordings are made at competitions and other Federation events, and we publish them in news articles and galleries. If you appear in a photograph and do not want it published, tell us and we will remove it without delay. Competition results, rankings, news and photographs are kept permanently, as the Federation's sporting archive. Server logs are kept only for as long as they are needed to maintain and secure the site. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. As part of ordinary sporting activity, competitors' results may be submitted to the European Judo Union (EJU) and the International Judo Federation (IJF). The site and its databases are maintained by our technical partner, who accesses the data solely to keep the system running. At any time you may request access to your data, its correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Send your request to judo.me@t-com.me and we will answer within the statutory deadline.

If you believe your rights have been breached, you may contact the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro. A large part of our sport is made up of younger age categories. For publishing results and photographs of underage competitors we rely on consent obtained through the clubs and from parents or guardians. A parent or guardian may at any time ask for a photograph or a child's data to be removed. We may change this policy when the way the site works changes, or when the law does. The version published here is always the one in force. Džudo savez Crne Gore
